Right. This may not mean anything, but anything anyway.
So, you can wait for another any-things or take anyhow action eg start talking to her, maybe flirting or such, if you notice she's into it.

The only thing that I know for sure is that you like her. That is why it was a fairly big deal for you. I think that it was a kind gesture on her part. I'm sure that she did it because she likes you as a coworker, friend, or something more than that. I strongly encourage you to try to go for her if for no other reason that you like her a lot.

It may be flirting, it may be not, youll just have to wait and see if she does anything else

Could be her attempt to flirt. Could be her just being friendly. Could mean something. Could mean nothing. Clearly you like her because it meant something to you, or at the very least sparked your interest. I disagree with just sitting around waiting for her to do something else. Maybe this *is* her making the first move letting you know, hey guy, I like you. Since you're interested, take the initiative and flirt back, see if she responds. Then ask her out if you get the sense she's into it. The only caution I have is that since she is a co-worker, if you go straight up and ask her out and she says no, it could be awkward in the work place after that. Just go do something, anything other than sitting around waiting and wondering.

My friends and I do this all the time, I wouldn't jump to she's flirting with you straight away.

Coming from a girl's perspective, if this is the only time it's happened, it's probably just an isolated incident.
