Some one told me that the type of circumcisions that leave a brown ring tend to be much tighter as more skin is take off, so the two things go together.

I read somewhere that the amount they cut off has varied over the years. When men who are middle aged were done, it was done tight, then about 10-20 years ago they started doing loose cuts as people were complaining about it being too tight, then because people were complaining about the cuts being done too loose, they are doing them very tight again. Anyone know if this is true? Guess it will take years before younger boys are old enough to know.
