Does your P.E. class require you to change?

My school requires us to change or we get half credit for the day. There is also a pool at our school and we our supposed to shower afterwards on pool days. I always shower in my bathing suit some guys don't. Is your school have similar requirements?

Of course you have to change for PE. Nobody wears jeans or khakis or pants for PE do they? Teachers wouldn't allow it and students wouldn't want it.

We have PE showers and some use them but tbh nobody truly sweats enough to stink in PE. Plus we would really have to hurry. But if we are muddy or rainy then ya we will shower.

If you "Smell" alot after PE and go to your next class, there are alot of teachers that will send you to the nurse, and she will more or less send you to take a showers.

Pretty much the same with me. My school requires changing into PE uniform otherwise half credit. There are no showers. Well, according to a gym teacher who has worked since the school opened, there used to be showers which were optional, but they got removed in the 1990’s.

It’s not a big deal, no guy wants to call out anything about you while naked out of fear they’d be called gay. Just shower and go about your day.

So for gum you just need to change your shorts and shirt. We have about 1 week of swimming and most of the class doesn't swim and take 0s so the rest of us change in stalls. For swimming we need to "shower" to get the chlorine off but it's just 10 seconds of walking through the showers in your suits so it's more of a rinse not a shower

Definitely have to wear gym clothes....showers are not required, but most of the guys take a shower due to how they sweat during class ..especially during the early periods of the day...I have PE which is an athletes only period and all of us go from PE to whatever sport we are in....always shower after that for sure....

Wow I feel really out of place here, I'm in the UK and since we wear uniform it's pretty important not to stink it up especially if you have a class afterwards (Our time tables change daily -what fun!). Although we have access to showers, no teacher has never asked us nor insinuated for us to have a shower. We also don't have locker rooms.

We do have to change clothes, and shower after. They also recommended everyone wear a jock or compression shorts for class - most guys do cause you gotta fully strip to shower anyway, so why not.

In my school we had the same thing. A uniform was required or you got a point for it. Get enough and you get detention. We also had a pool. But shower afterward for both the pool and gym were optional. Most people didn't. Usually the only people that did were after sports events. Like soccer, football, wrestling, etc.
