There is really no true average for a 14 year old. You could be from tiny 1 inch to maybe 7" at 14. Just as there is a big variance in adult penis'.

I'm 14 too and i'm 5in hard or 3.5in soft. I think it quite varies between lots different people and depending on when you started puberty and a variety of other factors.
