No, there's no way to change the direction of your penis, it all depends on the tendons that hold it erect when a boy is hard. However the curve actually can give more stimulation to a partner, so it isn't all bad.

I believe that our penis is designed to do what it's intended to do, and that is to someday get erect, enter a female, and successfully release sperm into her to impregnate her. I don't think that I have ever read or heard about a guy that could not do this because his penis was curved. (Except for a disease that causes a malformed penis, it's called Pieronies Disease or something like.)
