Lots of great advice. And I'd agree (and from personal experience when I was in middle school), sleepovers are the best for this.
But, you gotta be REAL careful in reading your friend. After sayings something suggestive to him like, "I'm feeling real horny right now, like I need to jack off", then you gotta be real careful to see how he responds. If he then says, "Yeah, I feel like I gotta jack off too", then what he's really saying is giving you the green light to wank together. But if he says something like, "You're not gonna do it now, are you? With me here? That's pretty GAY, dude...", Then you gotta absolutely STOP and not say or try anything more. Str8 guys get horny. Str8 guys feel at times like they need to jack off. But Str8 guys don't jack off together. (Or so they think, at least.)

Agree with ska8er that don't just say "hey let's wank"...not a good starting point...good advice from most of the guys above in that porn is always a good starter as well as sleep overs...It is pretty normal for guys to masturbate together at some point in their teens I think....just relax and it will happen when the time is right
