I masturbate by placing my hand on the head of the penis and rubbing that until I orgasm. Orgasms come very quick in this method, and when I-do the normal rubbing method I find it takes too long. Am I damaging my penis or obstructing it from growing in any way?(I just turned 15, I've been doing it this way as long as I can remember.

Many people do it in many different ways. Your way does not sound wrong to me. I think you're fine!

I don't think there is any such thing as the wrong way to do it. If it gives you an enjoyable orgasm then that's fine. On the other hand there are different ways and it can be worth experimenting. if you go straight for the most sensitive part as you are doing then you'll get more intense sensations and, of course, when you then go for a less sensitive part the sensations are not so strong and it takes longer. That's one of the things you can control to change how long it takes.

The other way to last longer it stop when you're getting close, let things calm just a little, then continue. Repeat that as often as you want to before finally cumming. That tends to give a really intense orgasm when you do go for it, especially if you can get really close before stopping each time.

There isn't really a right amount of time for how long it should take you to cum. If you have the time a long session can be much better but it is also useful to be able to cum quicker if you're super-horny and don't have much time.
