I was inspecting my testicles, when I touched the one on the left. It felt smaller than the right. My right testicle is pretty big, but not swollen or engorged. Is it normal to have the left to be smaller then the right, plus my testosterone is in the normal limits.

I think it's quite common for one testicle to be slightly smaller. Either left or right.

I don't think it's normal for one to be visibly or noticeably bigger than the other. Seriously. In fact, we had a program in school about testicular cancer and how we need to do self-exams at least monthly. The biggest age group at risk for testicular cancer is AGE 15 TO 25. I'd recommend going online and finding out how to do testicular exams on yourself. If you discover any unusual lumps or enlargements, especially in your noticeably larger testicle, I'd go see a doctor to check it out.

One definitely hangs lower but I've never heard that one is usually smaller. I don't think that's accurate.

I would say that one of mine is slightly bigger and I have heard of it before. That being said it is true about testicular cancer. I would recommend that you do check yourself once in a while especially during times like this when you are noticing irregularities. If you don't have any strange bumps or irregularities then you are probably fine.
