Maybe it's just because she's busy with stuff, I reply slowly if I'm learning or at work or with friends.
At least she replies so I wouldn't really say she's playing hard to get

Tell her ur confused how she acts or such and ask her whats going on. Fastest way to get in the clear. Even it seems kinda awkward and there may be also some risks to take.
