I flex my groin muscles (PC Muscle) and flex my stomach muscles, which works for me. Imagine that you're standing at the toilet, trying to force out that last bit of urine. That's how I do it, but repeatedly. It adds up to just over a full tablespoon every 45 minutes to an hour. I'm 17.

I have actually never occurred pre-cum during my travels, the only stuff that comes out is during ejaculation, and some of the time when I ejaculate I do not get the sticky, slimy semen but something more like urine (hopefully it is not urine, haha!).
