I’m 15. I have a medium (little bit high) voice in terms of high and low. I currently have the flu and I lost my voice. Once I get my voice back, could it/will it be deeper? Thanks.

I am guessing that you lost your voice because of being ill. So it won't change because of being sick.

It won't permanently change if you were sick. So you will later go back to normal.

Being ill can make your vocal chords swollen. That increases their mass and thus makes your voice deeper but the effect is temporary. As soon as the swelling subsides it will be back to normal.

Unless the recovery to your cold includes vocal cold surgery, it is unrealistic to expect your cold to make your voice permanently deeper.
