Don't assume this applies to girls, though. If you tell a girl you masturbate thinking about her and she isn't in a relationship with you/doesn't fancy you then she may well find that creepy. But, what makes her feel creepy is knowing you think of her as you masturbate. If you keep that information to yourself you are not causing her any concern and you have no reason to feel guilty.

It's pretty normal, even feeling guilty about masturbation itself. Thinking of her just gives your guilt an outlet. As long as you treat this girl right in person and in real life that's what matters.

I think it's normal and does not make you immoral (if that part is troubling you). I feel the same and you might get the same feelings when you love someone.

Talk to her normally and keep growing the friendship. If you want to take it to a relationship in future, so be it.

A person can feel guilty for ANYTHING. There are degrees of guilt too. Severe guilt (which can be very traumatizing!!!) to very little guilt (which is almost more pondering life's questions than guilt).
