I think this happens for girls (squirting)? So it would make sense to happen with guys.

It can happen James. But it's less likely to if you have a pee just before you start masturbating.

It is possible but usually the part of the urethra that lets you pee blocks off when semen is ejaculated. But I suppose after ejaculation is over it could open up and leak urine out.
As to Mr. Banned's comment about girls squirting. They don't squirt out pee from having sex. It would be somewhat similar to a male ejaculation when we spurt or shoot out semem.

How sure are you that it is pee? Some time after having been ejaculated cum becomes much thinner. The same could be happening to some "left in the pipes" and this then comes out afterwards. See some of the threads on "leaking" afterwards.
If it really is pee then this where we really need elmoc who has a relation (his Dad?) who is a urologist to say how common or otherwise it is but I think I can see how it could be possible.
To understand that you need to know a little about the "plumbing" involved. Following your urethra, which is the tube that leads from your bladder to the tip of your penis, immediately at the bottom of the bladder it goes through a sphincter, a sort of muscular valve, called the internal (or upper) sphincter, then it goes through the prostate which is where your cum gets put into it when you ejaculate, then through another sphincter called the external (or lower) sphincter then past the bulbo-urethral glands and finally up the inside of your penis to the tip.
The upper sphincter is one you cannot voluntarily control - it only opens or closes automatically while the lower one you can voluntarily control.
So dealing with peeing first, normally the upper sphincter is closed. When your bladder fills up to the point where you feel the need to go, the upper sphincter then automatically opens. To delay peeing you make sure the lower sphincter is closed until you are in front of the toilet and then open that sphincter to let it out.
When you ejaculate, obviously the lower sphincter needs to open but the upper one needs to be closed, even if your bladder is getting full, to make sure the semen goes out of your penis and not back into your bladder. The ejaculation reflex takes care of that for you which is why, sometimes, you may feel like you need to pee afterwards and yet you can't for a minute or two, because that upper sphincter is still being held closed.
So, finally, getting back to your situation one possible sequence of events is that while were getting ready to ejaculate your bladder reached the point where that upper sphincter would normally open. The ejaculation reflex was in charge, though, and kept it closed so the ejaculation happenned normally. As you kept going, though, the ejaculation reflex released control of that upper sphincter and it automatically opened. Meanwhile you hadn't closed the lower one so there is nothing in the way of pee cominng out. Probably as soon as you realise you then close the lower one until you can get to the toilet.
Does that make sense?

Hmm. Thanks for your response. After re reading my question I realise I may of left out an important bit. The pee doesn't leak out or come out like how I normally pee. It shoots out like an ejaculation. So I would ejaculate sperm, then when I keep on going I "ejaculate" urine.

It sounds like you are actually having a second ejaculation. You say you "keep going" so I assume you just keep stroking? It is possible for guys to be able to ejaculate quickly in succession and is usually easier to do multiple ejaculations when you are beginning puberty. Are you sure it's urine? It could be watery semen or even semen mixed with urine.

So, when this happens do you feel a second orgasm?

Does that make sense?
I didn't know this, but now something else for me makes sense.
Sometimes, especially weekends, I might masturbate my 'morning wood' before even getting out of bed. And my bladder is still extremely full of a night's worth of pee that I have not pissed out yet. Then when I cum I can feel my bladder, right at the lowest part of my stomach and right above my dick, and it will be rock hard while I'm cumming. I think that upper sphincter you mention that we can't control is doing all it can to keep me clamped tight so none of my built-up urine can squirt out while my semen is squirting out.

No, it doesn't feel like a normal ejaculation

No, it doesn't feel like a normal ejaculation
So I could continue to speculate, for example at the end of the original ejaculation the lower sphincter closes, the upper sphincter opens allowing pee into the small part of the urethra between them then for the second "ejaculation" the upper sphincter closed again, the lower one opens again and same set of muscles contract as for a normal ejaculation and thus squirt that small quantify of pee out.
But I'm just someone who has done some reading on anatomy, because I find it interesting, not a doctor.
So, I think you just have to conclude this is something a bit odd but probably outside what your body is designed to do. I mean the biological point of ejaculation is to breed and it has been suggested that if you were trying to do that staying in for a second orgasm would actually be counter-productive because there wouldn't be many sperm in that second round and your penis may even rake out some which were already in there. So, you'd take a break afterwards, instead.
So, I think it is just a case of not worrying about it.
