Well in my school, there are some boys who hang out in the toilets EVERY break and lunch time and they scare people so much they just turn around and walk out. It's happened to me a couple times, and is why I always use stalls.

I go to the stall, make double sure its locked, pull my pants and undies down the minimum needed....Then finish the job ASAP.

I do not even wait to wipe.

If I do go, anyways, I use the urinals (because it would be weird if some guy walked in and saw 4 empty urinals with a kid peeing in a stall, and the stalls don't have locks, and they barely close), however I usually sit when I pee because standing is kinda noisy (unless you're using a urinal), and I'd rather not force the people around me to hear my pee.
