How do I know if a girl is having an orgasm? I can't really tell when I'm with my girlfriend. I barely make a sound when I orgasm, but she's noisy even when we're just making out. All i have is porn as a reference point, but i assume most of that is greatly exaggerated. lol

The best way to know is direct communication. If you are concerned that you are not getting her there, you should talk to her about it. Ask her if there is anything that she would like you to do differently or if there is a specific thing that she would like to try. If its something that you agree to you can try it.

Peole respond to orgasms differently. Some are silent like you say and some are very vocal about it. Other that than you can usually tell physically. Not something you can explain I think

But yeah like others have said.....if your having sex and don’t know of feel ok with asking your partner about it then maybe yiur not really ready for that kinda relationship.
