I can't control myself

I am home again, I was in a mental hospital for 2 weeks because I tried to kill myself and because I'm suïcidal. But now I am back home and I just can't control myself. I cut my arm very bad and I just really want to kill myself.

Can anybody tell me how they stay strong because I don't think I will make it till the end of next week..

i dunno how your home situation is, but think about your parents, losing your child is the worst thing ever..

Do you think you could go back to the hospital? I'm assuming you get help from a psychiatrist or someone else if you were admitted to the hospital (correct me if I'm wrong), could you set it up that you see them more frequently, like every day/second day while you're adjusting to being out of the hospital?

Well I can't go back to the hospital I am now back from, but my psychiatrist has applied me to a new mental hospital/clinic but they have a waiting list for about 5 months.. and there is no other hospital that has a spot for me at the moment..
The waiting for that hospital I can go to is for about a month, then I have a intake conversation and then I have to wait for 2 up to 4 months before I can go there..
So I am pretty desperate right now..

That's a pretty long time before you can go back, does your psychiatrist know how desperate you are right now? You have to make sure that she fully understands how much you need this.

Exactly, if you wasn't stable I wonder why they let you out anyway?

I don't think she knows how desperate I am.. I am on the point of killing myself but I don't think they take me seriously.. At least it feels like they don't.
I really don't know why they let me out but I think it's best for me to go back.. But they have to understand that I am too dangerous for myself and I just don't think they understand that..
