There's really no such thing as "normal." You'll find questionnaires on this site which will give you a rough average of penis size during puberty. But it varies so much from boy to boy that it's more correct to say that any size is normal.

during puberty size is extremely varied because everone is at different stages of development. I was about 3 inches hard then and I'm 5.5 inches now I'm 15. I have no idea about others but everyone changes at different rates

13 is really hard to say because everyone is changing at different rates, I would go ahead and even say that there is no average

There is no set "average" for a 13 year old, however it does range from 2 to 5 inches based off of an online source.

Then you’re good don’t worry. As mentioned, you’re already the average adult size.
Puberty effects everyone different. You could be small at 13 ( which you’re not ) and hit a spurt and grow a lot.

Personally I was around 5.5/6ish when i was 13/14. At around 15-16 I grew to 6.5/7 inches.

I’m still about the same as then now, but I haven’t measured since I was like 17, but I also don’t feel the need to either.
Don’t get me wrong, every guy measures their dick at 13 lol. But once you progress further into puberty you’re just like “ehhh whatever”.

As long as it works functional you should be alright.
But yeah, for 13 you shouldn’t be worried at all. You may grow a little, or you may grow a couple more inches. No one knows. Either way, you’re completely fine. So don’t worry:)
