I'm 15 years old and uncut, my glans is way too sensitive. Just hitting it with direct water in the shower stings, and same with tapping it with a tissue. I'm not sure what to do, because it's really painful during sex.

Forgot to add, I'd prefer doing this alone, no doctor or anyone.

Maybe you should jack off more often, it makes your dick less sensitive as far as I know... :D

Try keeping the foreskin retracted in your underwear, it's uncomfortable at first, but once you get used to it it's pretty nice, works 100%

I think I have the same problem... Its not just the glans though any contact anywhere on the head of my dick really stings. It is super unpleasant.

Hi, when i was 14 i got circumcised due to really tight foreskin, while i was heeling the penis head was really sensitive and unpleasant, since i had no foreskin to protect it from rubbing in my boxers i just put a layer of vaselin in my boxers where my penis would lie, it was sensitive for about 2 weeks then i stopped using vaseline and the sensitivity was mostly gone after another week i was fully non sensitive. hope this helps i know your not circumcised but it might be because your foreskin has retracted.

Assuming that your foreskin isn't too tight, the only thing that you can do is leave it exposed for short periods of time. As it touches your underwear it will desensitize. But don't go to sleep with it retracted and leave it like that all night. I did that and it wasn't a good experience.
If your foreskin is too tight and that is causing this than that is a separate issue all together. You should be able to retract it to the point where the glands is completely exposed while both soft and hard. When retracted you should almost look like you are circumcised. I had that issue and had to get circumcised. If you have questions about that, let me know.

I'm not an expert on this cause I am cut
but if u r having a sensitive prob say during
sex wearing a double condom might work or
there is a cream or spray that contains an
anesthetic as Lidocaine in a lesser per cent
to numb the area.

Just leave your foreskin retracted for a while and it will begin to lose sensitivity.

Last time I did this, my glans got really dry after a few minutes. I'll keep doing it though, thanks!

When you take a shower just touch it once or how many times as you can handle.
What you are feeling isn't actually pain, it's just that you can't anticipate hot it might feel
to touch it. Which means it's just a matter of getting familiar with your body.
afterwards try slowly sliding your finger across the head. eventually after couple of
weeks, you would end up wondering what the big deal was. It will feel that normal.

Age is the biggest thing that will be the most helpful in the long run. I don't know about you but my foreskin won't stay retracted. As stated there are numbing creams and sprays that can be found in the same area that condoms and lubes can be found. If you can't resolve the problem these ways you will need to see your doctor.
