I've had both and I honestly don't think there is a difference in the feeling you get. The difference to me is that before I could jizz, I could go repeatedly, now after I orgasm, my dick goes floppy for a while before I can go again.

Also, that may not be quite so obvious as you move from dry cumming to ejaculating because there isn't much cum at that stage.
