No, if a doctor says something about you not medically related it is unprofessional and they could maybe get fired for it.

A doctor should not say, oh it has been growing that is unprofessional. But asking if you are sexually active is usually a standard doctor question and no he will not say something if you are small

Unless he sees something worrysome, like a rash or something, he really has no reason to comment specifically on your penis.

I think he'd only comment on your penis IF he found something down there that shouldn't not been there,like a lump or some kind of rash.

He shouldn't be just making random comments about your penis or the size of it.

A doctor only saw mine once when I was like 5 due to they thought I had a infection but it was a small rash.

They shouldn't really make comments like that because they should only be doing what there meant to be doing e.g. checking for std's or feeling/checking for testicle cancer.
