Nah, sometimes, pee stays in the foreskin, so, that's the reason I use the toilet paper.

That makes sense to me. Some guys above said that they were cut and wiped with paper after. I never even considered that being something for me to do. But if it works for them - good for them.

I'm uncut too. Sometimes when I pee, some of the pee gets under my foreskin. If I do it at school I usually pee in a urinal and don't wipe the pee off me with toilet paper. I will use use toilet paper when I pee at home. When I take my shower I always clean under my foreskin.
