You're close to being correct--a large part of the clitoris is internal and can easily be stimulated from anal sex. Also, the G-spot can also be stimulated via anal sex through the thin walls of the rectum. Anal sex is the equivalent of penetrative sex plus clitoral and G-spot stimulation at once--if done correctly.

I agree... I think a lot of guys just "jam it in there" because they watch porn and assume real sex is like that. The most important things in anal sex are foreplay, lube, and slowness. Foreplay, so she (or he, I suppose) is all ready for it and in the mood (sometimes a finger up the bum or two can be a good introduction for someone who's never had anal sex); lube, and so that it doesn't hurt; and slowness, to allow the partner to adjust to the initially strange sensation. I don't agree that the first time should hurt a little... pain is your body's way of saying something is wrong.

Exactly right... I'm slightly worried for the people on this forum who say that pain is normal at first... no, it's not. Anal sex can be deeply intimate and enjoyable but you have to remember to use lots of lube and go slowly.
