Compared flaccid with one mate once when we were much younger than now. Never compared erect. Was going to with one mate once but we both backed out.

Ya most often it's just sneaking a peek in the locker room with nobody even saying anything. Occasionally conversations come up in locker room or skinny dipping or something about size. Only once did I compare hard dicks with a friend. We were about 12 during a sleepover. Oh and with my brother too.

Most guys compare every time that they are in a locker room...sneak a peek and that is just normal...i've done it one on one many time both soft and hard, though ....again you're just a very normal teen

When I was on a camping trip with a friend we both just got naked in our sleeping bags and then started to slowly take them off until we were both completely uncovered and hard. We just laid there for a good 10 minutes until we fell asleep. We did this multiple times after until I was about 13 or 14 I think. Another time I was with a different friend (he was in 7th grade at the time and I in 8th) and we went into the woods and he compared with me. We were both flaccid at first but then got erect. He was pretty well hung and around 6.5 inches, which for a 7th grader was pretty good.
Btw both of there dicks were much larger than mine.
