Im 15 and I am 5'5 though it makes me sad I don't have pecks and I am not tall. It even makes me feel worse when the tanner stage calculator says I am a 4.5/5 </3

though, life is life and life makes me feel so underdeveloped and fugly.

Probably being sad because this topic makes me sad

i talk too much ._.

U don't say how much u weigh. In order
to gain muscles u have to eat a lot of
protein and carbohydrates and then get
into some kind of working out program.
U may b a slow developer and just have
to wait it out. Don't b sad there r a lot of
other things that r worse.

I am 5'5 and last time I checked a while ago, I was ~115-120 pounds for a 15 year old :/ and Merry Christmas :)

Thats true! I'll put more effort into eating protein. I won't argue with you, there could be worse (sweat emoji)

If you're body doesn't create enough testosterone yet to build muscle then there's nothing you can do. Having said that are you sure you are lifting correctly?

The real question is if I lift, yeah.. I don't get much physical stuff done in the gym during the school time. Though, in the summer is when I participate in outside physical extracurriculars . My metabolism makes it very hard to gain weight so I am pretty much a stick no matter how much I eat :/

short answer: No I don't lift correctly because I don't lift :(

nope. you think too much about things you hardly can change. Here I mean the growing tall thing. if it comes to be more mascular und such, that's you can change. doing sports strengthens the self-esteem in most cases anyway.

Most people's daily lives don;t include enough activity to exercise the pectoral muscles for them to become prominent. Yes, like all muscles, there will be some increase in mass due to testosterone during puberty that doesn't mean they will automatically become noticable bulges.

As usual, beware of comparisons with others. Those guys whose pecs are noticeable and are happy to show them off are probably showing off specifically because they know theirs are above average size and the reason they are that size is because they have been working them in the gym.

First of all at 15 you are just at the beginning of when your chest grows and your shoulders broaden. Secondly you really need to work out and lift weights to get pecks and for your chest to get bigger too. As far as growing I would think you will grow some more. You should equal or beat your dad in height if that gives you any idea.
