Has anybody ever had really sore balls after running? I woke up this morning with one of my nuts super sore. The only thing I can think of is that I ran on a treadmill yesterday for 20 minutes with just my bathing suit on (like just board shorts with a liner... no underwear) and they were maybe banging around because of that. They never hurt at the time, just this morning. Usually I would have worn underwear but I thought we were just going swimming, but we decided to go to the gym first for a while.

Yeah dude u can't run in just board shorts or bball shorts bc ur junk will bounce waaay too much, u gotta at least wear really close fitting boxer briefs like Nike or something

Youre probably hurting from your sac bouncing around and stuff while you were freballing it in the board shorts.

Yeah I would think your balls are sore from all that bouncing. Lol definitely wear underwear next time you run for awhile.

need to wear some underwear (not boxers some which will give you protection), compression shorts, a jock strap, something which is going to help give you support.

You need to wear something supportive of your balls when you are running. Of course they will hurt if you are banging them around running.

Man all I do is play sports and run. I do a lot of it commando. When I run (and I have run as much as 18 miles) I just wear running shorts, no underwear. They do come with really thin lining, but it's almost like freeballing. I have run 3 miles 100% completely naked like 6 times. I have never hurt my balls once. Idk maybe I built up to it but I don't think so. I don't remember even slight pain the first time. I have freeballed on a stationary bike and THAT was much harder. But even that was doable. Anyways like I said it's not a problem for me but I suppose everyone is different.

Always wear support when your running whether it be a jock, compression shorts, or just shorts with a built in liner because you can otherwise damage your testicles

It happens to me an odd time, but I never run. And when I do, they only rarely hurt. Everyone's different I suppose.

Yeah, besides being sore I heard in rare cases you can even twist a testicle if they bounce real bad. I usually wear a jock when I run, really holds your junk in place so it's not going anywhere.

In the early to mid teenage years mine would get really sore once in a while. Never found out why. It could have been blue balls I guess.

Oh ya reason I prefer to wear a jock when I go run. Is cooler, supports and lifts up better, and less restriction to my legs. Compression seems to just be too tight for me. I think it gives me a bit of energy boost when I wear one too.
