We usually lower the temp at night because it's better for sleeping, about 69 degrees F.. and then during the day we keep it warmer than most, about 75-78 F.

:D

Is that 75-78 degrees cause of no clothes?
We keep it at 68 degrees during the night and
72 degrees during the day but we also have a
wood fire burning during the day.

We're not allowed to touch the thermostat. It stays at 72 degrees all the time. With 6 of us in the house, it could be set at 6 different temperatures.

Mine's at 72 during the day and into the night until everyone's asleep, when it goes down to 69 because the job of the last person to go up and go to sleep has to turn the thermostat down to 69.

And when we go on vacations, we turn it down to like 64.

When I lived my parents it was impossible to control the exact temperature. We heated with wood stoves, so it was either fire big or fire small. Now I keep the thermostat at 72°, but I swear the upstairs stays way hotter than that. I have to open my bedroom window in December.

Congrats!!!

My bedroom is in the attic, heat rises. I needa leave my window open a crack all winter

We set the thermostat to 65 and leave it there all winter. We also use a wood stove for most of our heat. That way if/when that burns out and gets to cold the furnace kicks on when it gets below 65

Mom keeps ours between 72 F and 75 F just because my little brother tends to run and play in just a diaper. Sometimes I use a small fan at nights to sleep with.

In the summer around 68....winter depends on outside temp, but usually about 71 or so...

We set the thermostat to 65 and leave it there all winter. We also use a wood stove for most of our heat. That way if/when that burns out and gets to cold the furnace kicks on when it gets below 65

DANG!!!! I'd freeze JT...as we are always naked in our area of the house during the winter we need a bit more warmth than 65 ....especially today since it is -3

I don't know, but it's ungodly cold in my room usually. Blankets and heated things are my friends. I love warm temperatures, no one else shares my love, lol.

They like to keep it 72 in the winter but turn it down to 69 after it heats up. I HATE a hot room so I close all the vents and open my window to get it down to about 54° 😂😂👌
