Squirting is what it sounds like. It is squirting some fluid out of the vagina when orgasming. Like guys, but ours don't carry any sperm and the reason why it happens is unknown since neither squirting nor having an orgasm is necessary to conceive a child. The rare time I have had an orgasm without squirting, it has felt the same, just less messy. Sometimes it feels a bit like I'm going to pee right before, but other than that I can't tell, it's just a part of the orgasm.
