I have a serious question. My mom has a rowing machine that simulates rowing a boat. It works real good and gets me tired and i feel accomplished after i do about 200 rows . Will this delay my growth ? or Not affect it or what

In more people, this does not stun growth at all. I mean, if you are too young, like 10-11 you can stun your growth a little. (rare) but since you have to be 13 to be on this site, you are fine.

dont worry about it exercizing is really good for you at any age, the only way it can stunt your groth is if you do it in excess (try to like be a body builder dude when your body isant ready)!!

If what you are trying to get to is "Will I become buff" then possibly. Usually working out and keeping shape does not have anything to do with you growing. So stay healthy but a healthy, healthy. Dont become one of those people that work out 6 hours a day to get the greatest bod in the world and then when they dong get what they want then they just start doing steroird, etc. because that is not healthy!
