Hi everyone ever since my breasts started developing at 13 when puberty kicked in, My Areola and Nipples has always been very puffy and stick out quite a bit from my breasts. I am 32A but over about the last six weeks my nipples get hard/erect because it's so cold. This also happens to lots of others, I have to wear a bra to school because of my uniform shirt is quite light material. An "A" cup bra is still a good fit for me. I have tried on a "B" cup belonging to a friend but it's just like to big and loose and It just feels uncomfortable.
So has anyone any ideas what's the best thing I could try. Thanks. X

Mine are puffy too and I wear a bra that's soft inside with some padding and that's comfortable in all weather even cold. I try to not let my nipped get cold because that's when they can get sore.

What do you think about nipples covers? Put it on your nipples that they are not shape and you must not wear a bra. Maybe you could also use a scarf (I do not know the correct name) around your body and breast.

Thanks Theresa and Sina I will check out the nipple covers, do you know anyone that uses them or anyone on the forum knows anything about them.
I will have a look on the net. I would not be sure about using a scarf.
Theresa it's good to know you's are puffy too but you are not having problems. XX

Angie, are you allowed to wear sweaters over your uniform? I would think that that would cover you up well.

We wear a sweater with our uniform in the winter but in the summer it's just blouse and you definitely need a bra then!

I've grown from AA to A now and I definitely don't want people seeing my nipples especially boys!
Lucky you having a sleepover. I hardly ever have them but when I do they are usually great :)

Those nipple covers are great! I'll also wear a sports bra sometimes just to be comfy. Sometimes it seems like the softest bras are the poofy pillow ones that add several cup sizes, but I think the ones without underwire are usually made out of a softer fabric.

Mine are soft and padded but they only add about one cup size. Sports bra is tighter and actually makes me look almost completely flat lol

Some sports bras have more padding than others and I have one that isn't as tight that's actually really comfy. But yeah the tighter ones aren't as comfortable and def make me look almost flat too lol.

Hiya Julia Thanks that was something I was thinking about is "A" size is all the same or are different makes much of a difference in size.
It's interesting you found differences in sports bras, I would like to wear a sports bra, instead of a normal bra, so could you or anyone recommend?
Julia don't post links as it's not allowed.
Hope You are having a good weekend.

I haven't tried any victorias secret sports bras yet, the one I bought was too small, but I'd say just look around. The sizing is weird, it's usually small/med/large. I'm 34A and usually wear a med I think, but it's not as consistent :/

I'm 13 and I wear a soft bra too. Used to wear bralettes when they started getting puffy.

My homemade solution is two little pieces of cotton, but if my bra is a little loose, well... they just run away and... I remember one day... I lost just one and... funny/embarrassing... like "where is your other nipple?" :whoops: It's not the final solution, but sometimes it works for me.

with my puffy nipples i prefer to wear a soft bra with soft padding inside to give comfort to my nipples.it protects from cold weather and it is true a sore nipple may even cause stiffness and slight pain in the areola area.

I have had the same problem, except my nipples had been getting hard without it being cold, they are just super sensitive i guess, but i just wore a tank top under my shirt and that really helps. Also what kinda fabric are you using, certain fabrics annoy my nipples to no end

my nipples have been getting sore too, what i do is use a trainning bra that is super soft (like silk) under a cotton cami and i wear a shirt over my cami but it really helps and the end of the night my nipples dont hurt that much

Totally normal for our breasts (especially the nipples) to get sore during their growth and during our time of the month. My nipples are erect 24/7 and depending on the material, they can still get irritated now.

my nipples get very sore when It’s cold. They stick out and it becomes painful. I put a hot water bottle or take a hot shower to fix it

I wear them because its hot as balls down here lol and tank top minimizes boob sweat better then bras lol
but yea i had some that were like super soft (i dont remember where i got htem but it was a store in the mall i think) they felt almost like silk and everytime i wore them without a bra my nipples would stay hard (eventually they would start to hurt) and on occassion the walmart ones would chaff my nips on really hot days but the ones from target have been the best, and they also hide it better too
