If I summarize your answers:
You feel average shy and guilty for swimming, high shy and average guilty for naked beach, masturbation with others, oral sex and vaginal sex. Also high shy and guilty for threesome sex. And you have not done most of them.
But it is amazing that you don't feel shy and guilty for online sex, and you did it. May I ask with how many? Text, voice or video?
I am curious that why there is this difference? Maybe because you did online sex, so you are accustomed with it and don't feel shy or guilty for it. But I am not sure.
Also I am curious that why you feel guilty less than shy?
Another question is that if you feel shy or guilty for things that you have not done yet, that means you will never do that things?
