Ticks

Sometimes i get ticks from my adhd. These are usually small things like flipping my hair. Does anyone get ticks and what are they?

What do you mean ticks? Like things you do?

I usually tap my feet or pen, pick at my nails, or doodle on my paper/friends papers.

I found that listening to music for me has actually helped a lot. Since im listening to music while doing something, i don’t really feel the need to do anything else if that makes sense? Like I’ll be writing and taping my foot to the music, and that is about it. I don’t get distracted and have the urge to do something else.
