Yes, I have a circumcision scar, a dark ring around my dick that I think didn't darken up until I was going through puberty. The first time I actually noticed it I got scared to death because it was EXACTLY where I would always grab my penis with just my thumb and one finger, making a circle to jerk it and masturbate. Mine has a color change that's easy to see where it was done, from more pink near the head to the same color as the rest of it farther down. There's also a little bit of a darker ring around it there, but not as dark brown as some guys. But it pretty much goes away if it's hard, so you can only really see the ring if I'm soft. Maybe it stretches out or something.

I know some guys don't have any ring at all, just a color change. And a few guys barely even have a color change either. It just depends.

More noticeable when erect. Even then it isn't that dark. When soft it is so close to the glands that you can barely see it.

I do, but it only really shows the scar on the dorsal (upper) part of my dick. On the bottom it just changes color, there’s not a noticeable scar

I have a dark ring too, i read it is due to the type of clamp they use when they do it, that's why some boys have a noticeable ring and others don't

Apparently you have a dark one if they clamp the foreskin before cutting it off. Mine like wavy and uneven coz I think I’m the uk they do it just with a scalpel.

on some boys, it is more noticeable than on others. especially if the boy is cut low, the scar is nearly hidden by the glans ;)
if you are cut high there is a color change brown shaft and pinkviolet from the scar to the glans
