When soft, my foreskin fully covers the head. When hard, there is a little opening and it is possible to see a little bit of the head. I can sort of retract my foreskin but it feels tight around the head, when I do it when hard.

Is this normal?

My foreskin also fully covers my head, both soft and erect. But I don't have any trouble pulling it back.

As long as you can fully pull it back in order to wash and clean it, there is no problem. However, if it hurts or gets annoying, you could visit a drug store. There are certain lubes that might loosen your foreskin.

I think it's not unusual for some guys to have foreskin that's a bit tight when they're hard. Mine was a little tight when I was a bit younger, but I found that working the skin while in the bath where it was warm really helped with being able to easily retract it when I got hard. Now it's not an issue at all.

I had the same problem but I went to the doctor and he gave me some kind of cream or greise that I put on the foreskin and glance(head) of penis and in time it was easier to pull back foreskin. Go to the doctor with your parents and they will surely somehow help you. :D I hope that this can help you.

I have a small opening like you do. It is easy for me to retract my foreskin when hard. You might try doing some stretching when hard. Just take it easy and slow and stop if it hurts. It is best to stretch in the shower or bath. Just keep doing it slow and easy a couple of time a day.

when soft, my foreskin covers fully but when hard, like you, it doesn't and leaves a gap. regarding retracting, i haven't had a problem but you might want to try some lube or something...you must be cleaning there...

I had this. Stretching works, but don't be in a rush as it can take months. You might want to put your finger in and see if you can feel the glands all the way around. The foreskin can sometimes be fused to the head - and if it is - you'll have to see a doctor anyway so can skip the stretching. Good luck with it.

I've got about an extra inch of foreskin when soft and half inch when hard and it's completely closed but it can retract perfectly fine. You're normal as long as it's not hurting you.
