If you do it to excess then each occasion can feel less satisfying. That doesn't mean you have to go to the other extreme, though, and try to stop for an extended period, like in your other post. Just only do it when you're actually horny and not just because you're bored. If you're just bored then find something else to do: do some homework, hang out with friends, play sport, learn a musical instrument, read a book etc.
