My grandad died tonight (peacefully asleep in hospital) but I haven't cried ,I'm extremely upset about his death but haven't cried about it ,I feel guilty about not crying but I hardly ever cry and I honestly don't know how to feel :(

Your in shock that's all. 5 stages of grief will come. Respect the process don't guilt trip yourself about it.

Don’t worry about how your feeling right now. Your emotions are basically junk. And it’s going to be a while till you sort them out in your head. It’s just how we deal with grief loss and death of loved ones. It’s a normal process. Exactly how it’s already been posted about before my post
I lost my dad almost 3 years ago. I didn’t cry over his death for months. I held it in for different reasons. But the point is we all do face it in our own time and terms. So don’t worry bout how you act physically as compared to maybe other who are crying. There just at a different point in time
I’m really sorry for your loss. I’m sure he’s looking down from heaven above with approval of how your handeling this. Cause he knows already how you feel without saying a word.
