If a 16 year old who had a 4 inch dick asked if he would grow bigger, I would say yes. So I guess it would be the same for a kid with a 9 inch dick. So. it seems to me, it could get bigger. But that would be one big penis.

I think all 16 year olds grow more. Whether its the tiniest fraction of an inch or another inch or two. It just depends. I imagine if hes big at 16 he was an early grower so likely his growth is now slowing
