Is it okay to be naked in front of my friend in the locker room after a shower? Should I cover my junk with my hands when changing? Also, do guys in the locker room have shaved, trim, or natural pubic hair? Do you shave, trim, or leave?

No, dude, its perfectly fine to be naked in front of your friend. You both have the same thing. Once you do it once or twice, it will seem totally natural. And guys have had shaved or unshaved pubes. But most guys would just trim them, at least that I know.

You get used to it very quickly and there is no need to cover up, showering naked is the whole point really. I shave and with that I'm one of the two boys that do, but no one cares about things like that.

It is your preference. Some people are completely fine with being nude. Some even compare genital sizes. Or some prefer to cover up or change in the toilet stall.

Perfectly normal. It is a locker room. People are there to get dressed for sports/working out/class and then to get clean and get ready for the rest of your day. you are going to see people, including your friends naked and they are going to see you. For people who haven't done it much it can sometimes take a while to get used to, but after awhile, most realize it really isn't a big deal and they will shower and change without thinking twice about it.

As far as body hair some leave it natural, some trim, and some shave.
I leave some of mine on, often shave a lot of it off.

I always say stuff like this is a combination of doing what the majority does plus what you want and feel comfostable doing. Cuz if you simply go with the flow of what everyone else does in the locker room, you wont be singled out (including pube grooming). However you have to listen to your gut too. Definitely don't cover your junk when changing. All guys have to change and we all have the same equipment. So chill and don't cover up. Showers is slightly different. Sometimes showers are optional and sometimes mandatory. Idk what your school does. But if you shower it's the same as changing. Simply chill and do it and get it done. Some people are real quick. Others take forever. Some wrap up in towels before they leave the shower area. Others walk back to their lockers completely naked. Do what you feel. Personally the guys who are naked all the time sorta creep me out. At the gym I go to some adults weigh themselves and brush their teeth and pew at urinals and comb their hair still naked. I'm like WHY? But w/e. Finally do what your comfortable doing with your pubes. I shaved smooth once for my gf and my friends made fun of me. Didn't bother me. I thought the jokes were pretty damn funny and they say jokes are flattery from friends. Strangers would never say anything. Plus I think I did look ridiculous smooth. I personally think most people do. Not all. Do what you want.

It's totally fine to be naked in front of your friends / other guys in the locker room. I honestly think that if you try to cover yourself up you'll just end up drawing more attention to yourself than if you just act natural and cool about it. It's like some showers after swimming or other stuff where most guys are naked but a few will keep their swim shorts on for the shower and even soap up and wash their junk that way (with their hands down the front of their shorts).

Its really to be ok about being naked in the locker room and showers. In fact you will get teased really bad if you try and cover up or skip showers.

Everyone is required to shower naked in our p. c. class. Coaches make sure we all take them

Once you are naked a few times you will be used to it.

I just do what I’m comfortable with and I don’t really care what others say or think. If one of the guys makes a comment about your pubes or something you could easily embarss them much more but.
If you’d rather not be fully naked you could use a towel that’s what I used to do when changing for swimming.

I never try to cover up when I am in the showers or changing. You are apt to get teased if you try cover. I only shave my face. I lightly trim my pubes and leave everything else alone.

Some guys are shy I know, but it is a locker room and most of the guys if you look around are naked going to/from the showers not to mention IN the shower. ...you need to be comfortable with what you do, but as Jamie above said you might open yourself up to being teased if you cover up with your hands.....if you have to wrap the towel around you as that is something that is common in a locker room.... I personally shave but a lot of guys do all of the mentioned earlier (shave, trim, leave natural). It is a personal choice that YOU have to make for YOURSELF.....

I don't show off/run around naked but I don't hide either.
I usually wrap a towel around me when I'm getting my clothes out of the locker and stuff after swimming. But I usually take it off to put on my boxers so people could see me for a little bit. I don't think its a big deal - everyone in there has the same parts. I've seen some of my friends and some of them have seen me - it's not a huge deal for me.

U don’t have to cover up ur junk. Everyone in there has a dick so ur good. Some shave, some trim, and some just leave it. It will vary. Personally, I leave all hair because it’s natural. Do what makes you comfortable.

At school during PE, we are not required to shower and nobody does, we just change between our street close and our PE uniforms (no one gets naked, everyone leaves there underwear on). We don't have a pool, we just do flag football in the fall, basketball in the winter, softball in the spring, and track at the end of the school year.

During the summer the last couple of years, my parents buy me and my younger brother a summer pass to the local YMCA so we can go swimming in there indoor pool. We usually go with a friend or 2. At the Y we'll each take a locker in a different section of the locker room to give each of us some space. After we finish swimming, we don't take a full shower, but we do rinse off, we usually keep our swimsuits on until we get back to our locker to change back into our clothes. I've seen our friends naked a time or 2 while I was going back to my locker. As far as I know they didn't see me naked (unless it was a quick glance as they passed by).
