Is there a way to track a phone number based entirely of the number? Im in England if that helps and im really worried about someone

I don't think there is. Your best bet is googling it. I honestly doubt there is because A, cell companies wouldn't just give out that information if they had it, and B, unlike in movies and TV, cellphone triangulation is not precise down to anything more than like a half-mile diameter.

Hmm I know iphone has a track iphone app. Perhaps other phones have similar apps?

There’s free apps that’ll do that. But the phone you wana track has to have it downloaded AND that app would probably need to be on. AND the owner SHOULD know about it also. By doing that without their knowledge is wrong
