To be honest, I don’t care if they’re still in. I love skintight jeans and wear almost only them. Especially super skinnies from bershka fit me the best. They’re stretchy, comfortable and it looks sick especially rolled up when you can see bare ankles.

That's ALL I wear. most of my friends do too. some are just skinny jeans and some are super skinny (like mine). if you get ones with stretch in them, they are really comfy. and look and feel good.

I feel like chinos and similar are more popular now. I don't like denim so I tend to wear those instead.

dude, that's ridiculous. that's just smth that overweight guys like to say to diss people who can pull off skinny jeans. very very very few guys actually wear girl's jeans these days

I don't like them as my body cannot breathe in skinny jeans. Besides too uncomfortable in summers and hiding unwanted erections. I love relaxed fit.

I wear skinny jeans all the time, though at times I wear slim fit chinos or slacks cause they feel so comfortable (also depends on what top I wear).

But go for what makes you comfy man, you'll probably be okay even if you don't go with the trends all the time.
