Girl I like got dumped, how long should I wait

Basically the title. The girl I like was dumped relatively recently, and I want to tell her how I feel, but it doesn't seem like doing it too soon would be a good idea. I don't want to wait too long though. How long should I wait to tell her? A few weeks? More?

I suggest waiting around a month at least. Some people take a long time to recover from a breakup. For now just support her.

Yes, we're already friends. And I am trying to give her support right now, in any and all ways I know how. I'm just trying to figure out when is the right time to tell her, because I really don't want to screw it up. I don't want to wait too long and she gets together with another guy before I get the chance to say anything. I'm just trying to find that happy medium betwee too soon and too late.

Just spend time with her. If she’s feeling really down and all might not be the right time for it.
But as time goes and you guys are spending time together more, it’ll just happen, if there’s a mutual feeling.

I totally agree with this. If you know her at all you could talk to her and tell her you feel bad for her and that you are there if she needs someone to talk to at all for anything.
