Orgasm without sex or masturbation

The other day I read a story about a girl who says she can get an orgasm when she cleans her ear inside with a cotton bud... like there's a connection between the inside of her ear and her sexual nerves or something like that. I'm not sure if that's real or not, but now I'm wondering if any girls here can get an orgasm from doing something other that masturbate or have sex.
