So I'm starting a new school on Monday, and I will be in a P.E. class that requires us to shower after the class. I have been told that they are open showers. At my last school, I would get erections all of the time in the showers and I don't want that to happen at my new school, what should I do? Do guys have any tips?

Dude, its so common for that to happen when taking a shower after class. I also have to do that especially after practice, if you dont want it to happen just think of something else, think of math

I agree that it's best not to think of it as a problem. Most of us have had this happen to us. Just shower without thinking about being embarrassed or getting hard. If it happens, so what? It's normal and I doubt if anyone else will even notice.

I've seen lots of guys with maybe 20-30% erections (their dicks swell a little bit and rise off of their scrotum so you can tell it's a little bit hard; maybe pointing to 7 o'clock or 8 o'clock but no higher) and this has happened to me, too. But I've actually never seen a guy with a rock-hard, straight-up stiffie in the showers or locker room.

Oh, I don't call that getting an erection in the school showers at all. Actually, I think mine is that way most of the time. If you think of this as an erection, then, yes, lots of boys are this way in the showers. I wouldn't worry at all about that. Honestly.

Yeah, use math or another method to distract yourself. Also, cold water will really help with that if they have individual faucets. Most of the time you'll get erect much less than you think you will in those situations.

Dude it’s normal. Just don’t think about getting hard or anything sexual. Plus, if you’re that concerned, don’t wear boxers for gym class. Wear boxers-briefs. That way if you get a boner, it will hide it better. Or you could just jack off before gym class.

Honestly I've never gone through the same thing because we don't have to shower but what I can say from word of mouth is that other guys naturally get them too, try not too look around because everyone is just there to shower and go anyways, and if you feel yourself starting to get one try and think of super hard math problems even if you don't know the answer
