How much were you able to retract and at what age?

I think I was 11 when I first retracted it. I was masturbating with a friend for the first time and he decided to masturbate for me and pulled my foreskin all the way down. It was painful at the time when he first pulled it back but after that, I could pull it back and forth freely.
What age are you? I can't see there being any problem that wouldn't have been diagnosed at birth (I have a friend that was circumcised for their foreskin being too tight).

I’m 16 and I’m cut because I had problems when I was younger. It was to do with retracting my foreskin but not phimosis.
If by puberty you can’t retract it. Try googling stretching methods.
You should at least be able to retract it when you’re soft to keep it clean.
If stretching doesn’t work then you’re best to see a Dr who can hopefully offer you some help that doesn’t require surgery.
Only in the worst cases should you require a circumcision.

I was taught as a little kid (like 3-4 years old) to retract my foreskin when I bathed. Before that, my mum retracted it when she bathed me. Never had an issue with it not being able to retract. And until this forum, I thought everyone retracted it to bathe as a kid. Apparently that is not the case.

You should have been able to retract it by now. Try to everyday in the shower, but don't try to hard or it will leave small scars. If you still can't, go to your doctor. They will likely offer you a steroid cream that will not work. Then they will want to try surgery where they will either make slits in your foreskin or circumcise you.

I went through this back in March so feel free to contact me. All of the rumors about masturbating not being pressurable are false. Your glands will be extremely sensitive because its never been exposed. So if u become a bit less sensitive it will only help. The operation was almost painless. Only problem was going a few weeks without masturbating. Don't be scared of it.

I first started working on really retracting when I was 11, was a bit tight at first, but working it in a hot bath a few times really helped, now it's not an issue at all. I'm 15.

I totally understand your concerns. I firstly realized you should be retracting your foreskin to keep this area clean when I was 13 (I guess) but couldn’t do it back then. Try pulling skin back just a little while passing or showering that should work. Now I’m 17 and have no problems with penis/ foresking which means it pulls back freely both flaccid and erected.

I'm 16 and I couldn't retract my foreskin until 15 cuz it was very tight, bit one night i decided to sleep with the foreskin fully retracted and that helped me. Now it's all normal

I guess I was very late cause I was 13 or 14 maybe... couldn’t really retract it before then and I’ve tried to pull it back gently when pissing or showering. I’m 17 now and everything works just fine and my foreskin retracts freely :))
