Question for girls

Did any girls wear a training bra? If so, what age did you start and what age did you stop? I am not fully aware of what it even is so i want to see if anyone even used those things.

I used to wear one but the name is silly because it doesn't do any training. It's really just so that you don't show your nipples through your shirt so people especially boys don't look at them but you aren't big enough to need a real bra for support.

I think that in 5th grade which is like year 6 in the UK it's probably just curiosity but mine didn't start growing until year 8 and I think boys are probably thinking about different things by then!

My first one was 30aa too and I'm not much bigger now. Like Sophie I had a padded bra and I still do! You need to have that if you are puffy :/

Hiya Theresa my areola's / nipples started to grow very quick before the boobs really started. They still are about 4 - 5 mm out from the breast. I ONLY wear a lightly padded bra when I REALLY REALLY have to like to school.

I started wearing a sports bra a few years ago. I'm pretty much completely flat so I just wear a sports bra when I need to.

yeah pretty much this. I dont think they train anything except maybe to remember to wear one everyday. But if you have pokies you'd probably know to wear one anyway. Depends on the make but also how to put on/take off.
