The last two days I haven't gone to school because I've been too depressed to go anywhere. I am sick, I'm always sick, but my depression has made me really sick the last few days. I feel like complete crap right now, and just don't want to get out of bed. It's just been too much the last few days. I know my mom is going to make me go tomorrow, no matter how bad I feel, but I don't think I'm ready to go back yet. I just want to stay home these next two days and then it will be spring break and hopefully I can get better over break. I don't know what to do if I have to go. I feel like I'll just lose it. I'm also in a lot of pain. I ache a lot. It hurts to move. I can't sleep so I'm very fatigued.

If you're actually sick, she shouldn't force you to go to school. Is there anyone you can talk to about your depression? I don't really know how I can help in this situation. I hope you feel better, though. You have great potential.

Sounds like depression. Like, legit depression. How long has this been going on? If it keeps up for more than two weeks you should definitely do what you can to see a doctor. Depression can be a huge burden and it's better to get help and do what you can as early as you can.
idk if I'm any help but just try to hang in there dude. I understand. Like, for real. If you ever need anyone to talk to I'm here. Also, a thing that helps me when I don't feel like I can get through the day is just trying to get through the next few minutes. Hell, sometimes you just gotta tell yourself to get through this particular moment. I read that large or difficult tasks are easier to get on with if you break them down into smaller chunks, so why not try it with this?
anyway good luck man. Sending you good vibes.

I know I'm depressed, I've been diagnosed with major depression and anxiety, it's just very bad right now. Usually I can live with it, but sometimes it just really gets me down.

Yeah same here. If it means anything, you're not alone. I go through the exact same thing. Do you see a psyciatrist or a therapist or anything? Maybe you should let them know what's going on and they can adjust your meds or whatever your treatment is.

The spring break should give a chance to relax which may help, or else you could do things with friends to unwind. Do you have a friend that you can trust with your depression related stuff? I find talking is one of the main things that really help.

No, I think the reason I'm depressed is because I can't make any friends.
