what's the worst part about your period?

for me, I don't get really had cramps at all do it's just the aching feeling inside and in my lower back/butt. or just the feeling of wearing a pad and the blood on the pad omg periods are natural and not at all gross but when I feel the moisture on my pad it just feels gross omg.

I have PCOS and the cramps are almost enough to make me want a hysterectomy. I've been put on medicine but it just caused different problems womanhood seriously sucks. The other parts of periods are annoying or gross but manageable.

-CRAMPS UGH. I'm so glad I don't get them all that often.
-The smell
-The mess
-The fact that even overnight pads are too short for me sometimes, and that I have to use multiple ultra tampons (or whatever they're called.) in a day sometimes.
-The pain around the lower abdomen
-The weird sleeping patterns
-My face breaks out

So pretty much everything.

Ooh, and this. Ugh. I really hate it when my lady bits will just ACHE. I will massage them, take ibuprofen, sit on warm things or take a bath, and nothing really helps much.

I prefer tampons actually, it's just my mom doesn't usually buy them.
