I hit puberty and got erections at 10. I'm now 17 and 6 inches, but have been that size for a long time. U are a decent size. U may grow, or u may have hit your final size, if U developed early.

It is normal but not very common. You just grow early. I had about same size when I turned 13. Now I'm 8.5 at 15 so you may still grow. We are just lucky!
