I would avoid the girl without a doubt because it is way too complicated. The fact that the girl and her best friend both like you will cause problems between them and you. Everything depends on the situation in your area. If you live in a hostile area to gays, then it probably would not be a good idea to come out. If you know your family will be supportive and that your friends will be there for you, then coming out is fine. You do not necessarily have to come out, and you can always handle things gradually. In a Catholic school I do not know if it would be advisable to come out, but everything depends on how the culture in your area is.

I am of the mind that if you are still unsure about your sexuality I would hold off and wait until you know for sure how you feel. Coming out is not mandatory, and it is definitely optional.

I think you have to accept yourself and realize that not everyone is going to look like a fashion model. It is all right if you are slightly overweight or do not look perfect, and accept yourself for who you are. You are probably totally fine, and you must look in the mirror and recognize there are things about you that are good which you must accept.

First of all your penis is an average adult size. Did you actually measure it and it was smaller. You may not have been as hard as you were the first time you measured. It happens. No your dick won't shrink from watching porn. Your girl thing is that people go through brief or several relationships usually before they find the right mate. Your sexuality. You should know if you are gay or bi. I knew for sure at 12-13 that I was gay. I would only come out if you are comfortable with it. You are only 13. Many people might disagree, but I think that it is too early in life to come out as gay. I went through a bi phase at the beginning of puberty and I'm glad that I didn't make a big announcement. If it turns out that you are gay than that is ok. If it turns out you are not than that is ok too. Don't be in a hurry to label yourself. You seem to be really panicking, so stop that.
