The best way to know is to talk to her as you would starting any other friendship and get to know each other and when it gets to the point you are comfortable with asking her out then do that.

If she likes you she will show it... just keep your eyes open. Maybe she will look at you and smile at you, or find ways to be near you, and talk to you.

I’d probably ignore that last thingy, but yeah, just pay attention to body language. If she looks at you, smiles, is facing you and replies to you when you talk to her you’re in the right direction.

If she’s sees you and always turns her back, maybe not, but also maybe just nervous to.
