You should probably make sure she’s okay with you kissing her first. Then I’d recommend branching off from her friends so it’s not awkward, or just wait for another time to do it. You could always ask her out on a date too, that way you tick off both boxes of making sure she likes you and being alone

Been there dude. If you get a minute or so alone with her while in the crowd, just ask her if she wants to go for a walk. Or to go some where and talk privately. And ask her if you can kiss her.

You need to get to know her pretty well before you get to the point of making out as that is the stage where sex is the next step. So start out slow with holding hands and kissing and hugging then when your comfortable go to the making out stage.
